Job summary
A leading property management firm in Dubai seeks an AI Tools Specialist to evaluate and manage AI, automation, and digital tools. This role enhances resident experience and operational efficiency through collaborative efforts across various departments. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and have 3–5 years’ experience in AI tools. The ideal applicant will drive continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging data-driven insights and optimizing resident service workflows.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in AI tools, automation, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or community management.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, recommend, implement, and manage AI and digital tools.
- Collaborate with all business units to understand tools' requirements.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for decision-making.
