We are looking for two UAE National Marketing Assistants to join our client’s marketing department based in their downtown Dubai offices. You will be responsible for assisting with various marketing activities such as:

• Creating and updating content for our website, social media, newsletters, brochures and other marketing materials
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• Supporting the planning and execution of events, webinars, seminars and workshops
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as lawyers, clients, media, vendors and agencies
• Maintaining and updating our CRM system and marketing database
• Performing other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or legal industry
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
• A creative flair and an eye for detail
• A proactive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong interest in the legal sector and the UAE market
