Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for residential and commercial properties.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and sales goals.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Organize and manage promotional events, open houses, and property launches to maximize visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and local community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling marketing materials.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and practices is advantageous.
