Job summary
A leading elevator and escalator company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure quality service and enhance equipment safety. You will manage customer relationships and perform routine maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Applicants should possess an engineering diploma and have a minimum of 5 years experience in preventive maintenance with a reputed firm. This role demands strong English communication skills, basic IT, and digital proficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputed elevator company.
- Having a valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive communication.
- Accountable for identifying site risks and communicating them to his supervisor.
- Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out operations according to maintenance instructions.
