Job summary

A leading retail pharmacy in Dubai seeks an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver training for front-line staff, including pharmacists and customer service executives. Responsibilities include conducting induction programs, facilitating ongoing training, and providing targeted coaching. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience in a training role, preferably within retail or FMCG backgrounds.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in a training role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design effective training modules for staff.
  • Conduct induction programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions on soft skills.
