Your expertise will be essential in enhancing patient comfort and promoting their health and well‑being.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care in patients' homes.
- Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting any changes to the physician.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, fostering independence and dignity.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
- Develop and implement patient‑centered nursing care plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and support.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in homecare nursing preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to provide individualized patient care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a resident of Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 AED per month (depends on experience).
Duty Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week (Saturday–Thursday), 9 hours a day.
