We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager. The role manages and coordinates company projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction. Provides leadership in regional site project management by managing, coordinating, and developing staff and third-party project representatives.

Job Purpose:

To maintain all refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment (i.e., FCUs, FAHUs/AHUs, AC units, VRF units, etc.) and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance following required health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investigate and repair issues with mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Monitor and inspect heating and cooling systems for proper and continued operation.
4. Install and maintain various HVAC systems.
5. Lay out wires and pipes for HVAC installations.
6. Conduct general and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
7. Ensure all installations meet standards and specifications.
8. Secure and connect loose wires properly.
9. Calibrate thermostats and system controls.
10. Inspect and maintain motors, belts, and other components, including lubrication.
11. Replace filters and worn-out parts promptly.
12. Maintain chemical levels in HVAC equipment.
13. Handle conduit installation for HVAC systems.
14. Order supplies and equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or installation.
15. Maintain inventory of essential HVAC project items.
16. Respond to emergencies and resolve HVAC issues promptly.
17. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
18. Replace faulty or expired HVAC components.
19. Fabricate parts when unavailable from suppliers.
20. Adhere to building policies and standards.
21. Ensure the fire alarm system is secure and operational.
22. Monitor and update chilled water readings.
23. Operate and maintain the Building Management System (BMS).
24. Oversee chemical treatment of chilled water systems.

Qualifications:

1. In-depth knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
3. Skill in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
4. Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
