Position: Interior Designer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in 3D MAX, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of design codes and standards.
• Ability to create high-quality 3D renders and 2D drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Visioning, concept development, and space planning.
• Preparing detailed drawings, technical specifications, and 3D renderings.
• Selecting and specifying materials, finishes, and FF&E with a strong design rationale.
• Preparing cost estimates and supporting procurement processes, including material sourcing and supplies coordination.
