AHS, a prominent name in luxury real estate development, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer Construction Manager to oversee on-site implementation of our interior design projects. This site-based role requires close collaboration with construction teams to ensure design specifications are accurately executed while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will serve as a crucial link between our design vision and the physical construction process, transforming concepts into beautifully finished spaces.

1. Oversee the on-site execution of interior design plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of materials, and workmanship.
4. Address design-related issues and changes on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
5. Review submittals and shop drawings for accuracy before procurement.
6. Support the selection of materials and finishes that meet design intent and budget constraints.
7. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and design modifications.
8. Facilitate meetings with contractors and stakeholders to discuss project status and resolve challenges.
9. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in interior design and construction management, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects on-site effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Strong organizational skills with a focus on project management.
10. Willingness to travel to multiple job sites as required.
