International Lawyer for Multinational Corporation in El-Fujairah, UAE. Our firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The International Lawyer will provide legal advice and support to multinational corporation clients on a variety of international business matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on international laws and regulations relevant to clients' businesses.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for cross-border transactions.
- Represent clients in international disputes and negotiations.
- Provide guidance on compliance with foreign laws and regulations.
- Keep up to date with changes in international legal frameworks that may impact clients\' operations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an International Lawyer, preferably within a multinational corporation or law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of international laws, treaties, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the UAE and who are fluent in English; accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
