Job summary
A leading oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental laws and ADNOC's standards, developing policies, and supervising environmental assessments. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in environmental management within the oil & gas sector and strong knowledge of UAE regulations. A Bachelor's degree and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification are preferred.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in environmental management within oil & gas or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001.
- Experience developing and implementing environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical reference for environmental compliance.
- Develop and implement environmental standards and policies.
- Maintain ADNOC's Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001.
- Design and supervise Environmental Baseline Studies and Impact Assessments.
