Job Description

Responsibilities

• Scheduling deployment of personnel, dredging vessels, auxiliary equipment and subcontractors.
• Overlooks and keeps track of the project performance financially and operational.
• Performs project budget controls and determines and introduces mitigations in time when the project status is deviating from the project objectives.
• Conveying of Company s policy towards employees, engineers and third parties.
• Organization and Supervision of the Execution of the Works described in the Contract.
• Ensuring all legal and Contractual requirements of the Contract are in order.
• Immediate reporting of accidents or particular events.
• Responsible for the safety and health of the employees and Subcontractors, including the environmental performance.
• Execution of the work in accordance with the local environmental prescriptions and regulations.
• Set up project structure and divide and delegate tasks and responsibility among site staff.
• Study and implement methods increasing productions.

Requirements

• Degree in in Construction/ Mechanical/ Marine Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Above 12 years of experience in Dredging & Reclamation operations with TSHD, CSD, BHD, SHB, WID.
• Solid understanding of dredging production parameters of dredgers and full understanding of operational functionality of all types of dredges.
• In depth understanding of dredging processes/use of dredging equipment/ land reclamation/ pipelines.
• Clear understating of different soil characteristics correlated to dredging works.
• Relevant work experience in Middle East is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
• Able to mobilize to Middle East within 1-3 months.
