Infrastructure Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

The Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture and solution design within the IT infrastructure domain.

1. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with proven leadership in architecture and solution design.
2. Experience in network design, infrastructure planning, firewall, and security design.
3. Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, and virtualization best practices.
4. Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows Server platforms.
5. Experience in architecture solutions across data center, SAN/NAS storage, backup/DR, and IT security domains.
6. Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architectures.
7. Deep understanding of routing/switching, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.), and security hardening practices.
8. Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.) and monitoring solutions (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure on critical issues.
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• ITIL Foundation / TOGAF (preferred but not mandatory)
