The Construction Manager - Infrastructure is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure works on site. This includes utilities, drainage, sewerage, and other related infrastructure elements. The role ensures the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of all infrastructure-related works including earthworks, roads, stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, and utility coordination.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities in coordination with the site engineers and supervisors.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for higher management.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed and conduct site inspections and audits.
  • Manage resources on site including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that arise during construction.
  • Support procurement and logistics by tracking material deliveries and usage.
