Parkhouse Bell is representing a world-class, premier healthcare provider located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeking a professional and experienced Nurse Director.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience in post-surgical care; familiarity with neuro-spinal cases is preferred.

The Nurse Director will work closely with medical staff and other hospital departments, responsible for monitoring clinical resources to ensure optimal patient care.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Nursing (minimum three years) from a recognized Western institution.
• Post Graduate Degree in Nursing Management.
• Current license to practice from the country of training.
• Nationality: Western National Only.
• Experience: 3 – 5 Years in a senior managerial role.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
