• Take ownership of pending reconciliations and help bring books up to date.
• Ensure due processes are set up for inter-company accounting.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with local reporting standards.
• Review financial statements and management reports.

• Set financial strategy aligned with business goals and operations.
• Advise the CEO and board on financial planning risks and opportunities.
• Oversee capital allocation, funding strategies and investment decisions.
• Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency.
• Provide necessary guidance to the Accounting team on an ongoing basis.

• Review detailed budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Monitor profitability by business unit and product line.
• Lead scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for financial visibility.

• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
• Conduct periodic financial risk assessments.
• Oversee Zoho Books setup and optimize for better controls.

• CA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• 15 25 years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Utilize Zoho Books effectively to manage reports, reconciliations and overall financial accuracy.
• Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive performance.
