The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee all accounting operations related to the Company’s Russian business, ensuring full compliance with both Russian and UAE accounting standards and internal financial policies.

• Manage receivables and payables processes for the Russian business with strict adherence to Russian and UAE accounting standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date billing system and ensure data accuracy and transparency.
• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices promptly and accurately.
• Follow up, collect, and allocate payments to the correct accounts, maintaining clear documentation.
• Collate all invoices and secure appropriate approvals for payment in accordance with internal controls.
• Perform account reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely supplier payments and maintain clear and professional communication with vendors.
• Generate aging reports and flag any questionable invoice terms or pricing irregularities.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports tailored to Russian operations for submission to the Finance Manager.
• Manage Russian bank accounts, including reconciliation, transaction tracking, and compliance with national banking and tax regulations.
• Liaise with both Russian and UAE banks to resolve financial queries and ensure smooth transactional flow.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable for audit and compliance purposes.
• Address and resolve any irregularities, audit findings, or account inquiries.
• Support intercompany reconciliations, currency conversions, and cross-border financial reporting between Russian and UAE operations.
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation related to Russian entities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of AP/AR accounting experience, preferably with exposure to international operations.
• Proven experience in Russian bank management and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of Russian and UAE accounting and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with UAE banking procedures and tax reporting frameworks.
• Fluent in Russian (Native) and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the Travel or Hospitality Industry is advantageous.
