Job summary
A retail company in Dubai is seeking a customer service representative to drive sales and support daily store operations. Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Recommend products and inform customers of promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the store.
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions correctly.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing the sales floor.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
Skills
Education
To provide outstanding customer service, support the daily operations of the store, and drive sales while reflecting the energy and style of the Cotton On - Adult
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver a positive shopping experience
- Recommend products, up sell, and inform customers of current promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organising the sales floor
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory control
- Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals and KPIs
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma.
- 1+ year experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
