Job summary

A leading global construction management firm is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to oversee high-end fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires at least 10 years of construction supervision experience, particularly in residential projects. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of QA/QC procedures. This position offers an opportunity to ensure that construction work meets high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in Construction Supervision of similar projects.
  • Residential Project Experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high quality inspections of fit-out projects.
  • Ensure compliance with approved materials and construction methods.
  • Prepare and monitor snag lists and coordinate with contractors.
  • Verify construction materials and methods against project specifications.
