Job description

The QC Line Inspector is responsible for inspecting products and production processes on the manufacturing line to ensure compliance with quality standards specifications and internal quality plans. They identify defects document findings and work with production teams to maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials in-process production and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Perform visual inspections dimensional checks and other tests using appropriate tools and gauges.

  • Detect record and report non-conformances defects deviations or discrepancies.

  • Monitor compliance with technical drawings specifications and quality plans.

  • Complete inspection reports quality check sheets and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate with production and QC teams to initiate corrective actions and ensure resolution of quality issues.

  • Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and fit for use.

  • Support continuous improvement and quality performance KPIs on the production floor.
