Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents for interior fitout projects.
• Evaluate project drawings, specifications and scope of work to determine cost implications.
• Source, negotiate and finalize prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, track costs and prepare regular financial reports.
• Monitor project variations/changes and prepare claims accordingly.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Assist in contract administration, procurement and cost control procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor the interior fitout industry (UAE).
