- Perform maintenance and repair on a variety of systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical.
- Inspect and troubleshoot technical issues in equipment and systems.
- Respond to requests for repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to achieve efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all tasks performed.
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance and repair work.
- Participate in special projects or renovations as needed.
- Proven experience as a Multitechnician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge across multiple disciplines including electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
