Job summary

AMA Talent Executives in Dubai is seeking two Consultants to join a Change Management focused firm. The role emphasizes Organisational Design, Communications, Training & Stakeholder Management within a consultancy context.

Responsibilities include leading Change Planning and Delivery, engaging with Exec & C-Suite stakeholders, and driving adoption across client organisations. Not a technical SAP role; SAP ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management in consultancy or in-house with planning and delivery.
• Knowledge of communications strategies and impact on change programmes.
• Training role requires SAP ERP change experience.
• Ability to lead stakeholder management, including exec & C-suite.
• Certifications in ProSci desirable but not required.
• Not a technical SAP role.

Job description

Our client based in Dubai is currently seeking to add 2 new Consultants to their Change Management focused firm. The business is expecting candidates to have a strong hold on the 4 tenets of Change (Org Design, Communications, Training & Stakeholder Management) while also understanding the complex nature of a Consultancy and how they deal with clients.

Job Expecations & Experience Required:

• Experience in operating in a Change Management programme as part of a Consultancy or in-house with experience in Change Planning and Delivery
• Knowledge of Communications Strategies and deliverables and the understanding of how communication impacts a change programme
• The training role requires prior skills of operating within an SAP ERP change, programme
• Capability of leading Stakeholder Management tasks and leading Exec & C-Suite individuals who might be resistant to Change
• Knowledge or Certifications in Procsci are desirable but not a requirement
• This is NOT a technical role, please do not apply if you are a techno or functional consultant within SAP. This is a Change Management focused opportunity.
• 20,000 - 25,000 AED per month including living allowance
• Visa sponsorship provided from our client
• Annual fly back for passport purposes to home country
• 10% bonus based on targets
