Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts and run successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media content creation and platform best practices, with X as a top priority.
• Good understanding of crypto market trends and community sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Binance's social media accounts (X) including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Understand X formats, audiences, and platform best practices to deliver engaging content.
• Develop and execute social content aligned with brand priorities and emerging trends.
• Monitor trends and conversations to identify opportunities for timely content.
• Support performance reporting with analytics to improve engagement and channel performance.
• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations on formats, timing, and creative approaches.
• Monitor conversations and flag potential reputational risks to senior team members.
• Coordinate content assets, approvals, publishing timelines with external agencies and partners.
• Follow social media processes and playbooks; identify workflow improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to produce static visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos adapted to platform requirements.
• Stay up to date on AI content creation techniques to improve quality and efficiency.
