Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily service operations, ensuring quality, safety and timely repairs. You will coordinate with the Workshop controller and manager to schedule work, monitor progress, and maintain records in line with QMS SOP. The role requires 3-5 years in a reputable workshop, plus a degree or diploma. Knowledge of ALAC QMS and safety standards is important for this position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a reputed workshop in a similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in any field; certification preferred.
• Fluency in spoken Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards and required time.
• Maintain discipline in the service establishment and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Workshop controller to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and coordinate repair schedules with the Manager.
• Update and monitor Job Scheduling & Progress Control for on-time delivery.
• Stay updated with new technology, procedures and time standards.
• Maintain electronic/paper records of completed service work as per QMS SOP.
• Perform tasks to support workshop activities as directed by supervisor.
• Contribute to team efforts and participate in improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with ALAC Quality Management System and health & safety standards.
