Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in the same industry as a Workshop Manager.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• UAE valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise repairs, daily troubleshooting, servicing, and overhauls of cleaning machines (electrical, battery, mechanical, hydraulic).
• Create and schedule preventive maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns.
• Inspect machines for quality and safety before release.
