Qualifications

Proven experience leading a diverse workshop team.
Experience monitoring / improving workshop KPIs and efficiency.
Ability to write and present technical reports.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong ability to identify parts of heavy equipment using manuals or SIS.
10+ years of automotive/heavy equipment workshop experience.
Experience with a diverse fleet of rental equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage shop floor efficiency to deliver equipment quickly with high repair quality.
Improve utilization, productivity, and efficiency of workshop staff.
Distribute jobs effectively and ensure tasks meet schedule.
Deliver quality repairs to boost customer satisfaction and reduce repeats.
Train and coach team members to improve skills and performance.
Conduct pre-/post-repair inspections for quality control.
Coordinate with operations, store, and logistics for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and warranty guidelines.
