  • Create punch list items using internal tools and review corrective measures with project teams until risk is reduced to an acceptable level.
  • Keep inspection program tracking data accurate, current, and suitable for reporting, follow-up, and management review.
  • Validate that geographically specific real estate standards and building design standards are included during construction, remodeling, or site upgrade activity.
  • Support the development of safety solutions that improve risk reduction, customer satisfaction, efficiency, scalability, simplicity, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to central health and safety proactive objectives by identifying repeated safety gaps, improvement themes, and preventive actions.
  • Escalate significant concerns, unresolved safety risks, lessons learned, and inspection findings to relevant leaders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Provide technical input for change projects, build-outs, development projects, site expansions, and equipment modifications.
  • Use data, metrics, standards, and inspection outcomes to recommend improvements that strengthen workplace safety and engineering controls.
  • Build trust with stakeholders by communicating clearly, applying technical judgment, and giving practical guidance that supports safe execution.
  • Support frequent site and office-based work, including regional travel for inspections, project reviews, launch support, and operational assessments.
Ideal Profile

  • Robotics and Material Handling Equipment knowledge is required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documents, engineering requirements, safety standards, and practical solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, users, engineers, project teams, and senior leaders to gain buy-in and deliver safety improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using data and metrics to identify improvement areas, track corrective actions, and support decision-making.
