The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling Mindbody scheduling and Shopify profiles, driving class and product sales, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations within a wellness studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Organizational and administrative abilities are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and clients in a fast-paced studio.
• Passion for wellness and customer experience is a must.
• Previous front desk experience is preferred; Pilates or fitness background is a plus.
• Experience with Mindbody and Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing front desk operations to ensure a smooth studio experience.
• Promote and sell classes, memberships, and retail products both walk-in and online.
• Maintain customer profiles, scheduling, and studio documentation; support inventory and vendor coordination.
• As Senior Executive, train colleagues and assist on sales, calls, and daily operations.
