Job summary

SIRO Hotels in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Concierge, Front Office, Fitness & Recovery Lab professional to deliver a seamless, high-energy guest journey across arrival, stay, fitness, wellness, and departure.

You will guide guests through SIRO’s fitness and recovery offerings, acting as an ambassador for the SIRO experience with strong local knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Concierge & Front Office Guest Services
• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression aligned with SIRO service standards
• Assist with arrivals, departures, guest requests, luggage, transportation, and general Front Office support
• Provide personalized dining, entertainment, shopping, and local experience recommendations
• Explain fitness and recovery lab facilities, equipment, programs, classes, and procedures
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tickets, experiences, and guest requests
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, hours, events, and activities
• Coordinate with Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Therapists to match guests with services
• Provide information about group classes, training, recovery sessions, and wellness offerings
• Maintain awareness of facility capacity and guest preferences
• Anticipate guest needs and offer relevant services and experiences
• Build relationships with guests, recognize VIPs, and handle concerns professionally
• Record guest preferences and ensure proper handovers between shifts
• Support Front Office during peak periods and assist lobby operations
