Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Lead / Solution Specialist to steer large-scale multi-entity implementations, with a focus on wealth management programs. The role emphasizes solution design, governance, vendor coordination, and integration across UAE and Swiss tech stacks, covering portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, and regulatory systems.

You will coordinate SIT/UAT/Dress Rehearsal/Cutover/Go-Live and drive risk management, issue resolution,

Qualifications

10+ years in Banking and Wealth Management.
5+ years in Wealth Transformation or Private Banking programs.
Experience with large-scale banking IT programs and wealth platform implementations.
Strong multi-vendor delivery governance and release management experience.
Experience in EU/Swiss new bank setup.
Finnova or Incore Sobaco experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale, multi-entity project implementations, preferably wealth projects.
Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate vendor implementation teams and manage delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution.
Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks.
Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding, and regulatory systems.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, and TAX reporting.
