Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing seeks a Techno-Functional Lead / Solution Specialist in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will drive end-to-end delivery for wealth and banking transformations across multiple vendors and internal teams, aligning Swiss and UAE tech stacks, and delivering regulatory-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Banking and Wealth Management experience.
• Experience with large-scale banking IT programs and wealth transformations.
• Hands-on governance across multi-vendor delivery and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage large scale project implementations across multiple entities.
• Drive solution design workshops translating business needs into specs.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams and drive delivery governance.
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT/Dress Rehearsal/Cutover/Go-Live activities.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA, AML, TAX reporting).
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies and stakeholder reporting.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Main duties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource

• Lead & Manage Large Scale and multi entity Project Implementation – preferably wealth projects
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding, and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Experience in compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, TAX reporting.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
