Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies in Abu Dhabi urgently seeks a Technical Project Manager with proven experience in wealth and investment platform implementations for banking clients. The role requires delivering complex programs across Swiss and EU contexts within a regulated banking environment.

You will lead multi-vendor teams, manage governance, risk and cutover activities, and ensure production readiness. Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery capabilities are essential to coordinate UAE

Qualifications

• Proven delivery on large-scale banking IT programs.
• Hands-on wealth/investment platform implementations.
• Strong multi-vendor delivery governance background.
• Understanding of infrastructure, environments, and release management.
• Experience with EU/Swiss new bank setups.
• Finnova or Incore Sobaco experience a plus.
• Experience in regulated, enterprise-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology delivery across vendors and environments.
• Define and govern delivery milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate multi-vendor implementation teams and cutovers.
• Manage IT risk, environment readiness, and go-live.
• Report status, track issues, and escalate where needed.
• Ensure UAE and Swiss technology stacks align.

Project Management of Large Scale Project / New Bank Setup in EU/Swiss --Must

Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for end to end delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment. The role leads multi vendor and internal IT teams to deliver solutions across environments through successful go live, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and cross region alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end to end technology delivery across vendors, internal IT teams, environments, and production go live
• Support RFP and vendor selection activities, including technical inputs and delivery assessments
• Define and manage the IT delivery roadmap, milestones, and inter program dependencies
• Coordinate and govern multi vendor implementation teams
• Own IT risk management, environment readiness, cutover planning, and golive execution
• Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks, standards, and controls
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness

Required Experience & Background

• Proven delivery experience on large scale banking IT programs
• Hands on experience with wealth or investment platform implementations
• Strong background in multi vendor delivery governance
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, environments, and release management
• Strong infrastructure and release management understanding
• Experience Managing EU/Swiss – New Bank Setup
• * Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus
• Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus
• Experience operating in regulated, enterprisescale IT environments
