The role bridges Business, Operations, Product, and Technology to analyze requirements, design solutions, support project delivery, and drive enhancements across Wealth Management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equities, Structured Products, Margin Lending, and Wealth Operations, with experience in requirements gathering, solution

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.
• Knowledge in LTV calculations, Margin utilization, Margin call processes, Collateral management, Pledged securities management and Risk monitoring and exposure calculations.
