- Hands on experience with agile delivery and backlog management.
- Exposure to core banking, wealth platforms, or system integrations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools.
- Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus.
- Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus.
