Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Business Analyst focused on Wealth Management, Trading, or Banking domains. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting BRDs/FRDs, mapping processes, and supporting delivery across wealth and trading platforms.

You will work with Product Owners, Development, QA, and stakeholders through the SDLC, facilitate workshops, and validate solutions with SIT/UAT. Strong BA artifacts knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience across wealth management, trading, or banking domains.
Proficient in producing BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases and process maps.
Understanding onboarding, deposits, lending, statements, and trading workflows.
Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Swagger and Postman.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wealth and trading platforms.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis documents.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, and business stakeholders through the SDLC.
Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
Support SIT/UAT activities and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
Collaborate on platform enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
