Job summary

Emirates Islamic in Dubai is seeking a Wealth Management Compliance professional to oversee regulatory adherence across wealth products and services. You will provide advisory support, review new propositions, and drive timely implementation of regulatory updates.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution, with strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management capabilities to support compliant business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking in a regulated institution.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (UAE Central Bank, SCA) and investment compliance.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with the ability to interact at all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews of Wealth Management products, services and investments to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Review and assess new products, proposals, agreements and business initiatives, providing timely approvals and advisory support.
• Monitor regulatory updates (UAE Central Bank, SCA) and ensure proper implementation in Wealth Management.
• Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports, MI, and regulatory submissions, escalating key findings to senior management.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and internal investigations with proper documentation and remediation.
