Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Compliance & Governance professional to support Business Banking’s regulatory alignment and governance. The role coordinates reviews, regulatory initiatives and updates to policies, ensuring confidentiality and control of documents across frontline teams.

You will work within a UAE-based banking environment, contributing to policy development, risk assessments and remediation projects while maintaining strict adherence to legal and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant banking or professional certification is preferred.
• Ongoing professional development in banking regulation, risk management and digital ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality business analysis, governance, projects and transformation initiatives.
• Plan and execute business analysis, governance, projects and transformation initiatives in line with agreed priorities.
• Review information to ensure accurate and complete outputs.
• Resolve issues and escalade material exceptions.
• Maintain clear records and timely updates.
