Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Wealth Management Compliance Manager to support Retail Banking Priority Banking, Wealth Management, and Private Banking compliance. You will provide FCC and regulatory guidance, monitor adherence to regulations, and support governance forums.

The role requires strong knowledge of SCA and CBUAE rules and Islamic banking products. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in banking compliance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated ability to engage with regulators

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance roles within banking, with at least 3 years in wealth management.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration or related field.
• Completed training related to Islamic banking, UAE regulatory rules and regulations.
• Deep knowledge of SCA and CBUAE regulations relevant for WM business.
• Extensive familiarity with WM Islamic Banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advisory support for SCA and CBUAE regulations affecting WM and PB businesses.
• Monitor compliance gaps and risks; coordinate remediation with WM and PB units.
• Review investment products and agreements from a compliance perspective for WM and PB.
• Interact with regulators and support examinations by authorities.
