The Wealth Management Compliance Unit is responsible for ensuring that all Wealth Management activities, products, and services operate in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international best practices. The unit safeguards the Bank against regulatory, financial, and reputational risks by overseeing adherence to UAE Central Bank, SCA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. It provides advisory support to the Wealth Management business, conducts compliance monitoring and reporting, reviews new products and services, and ensures timely implementation of regulatory updates. Through proactive oversight, structured monitoring, and effective stakeholder engagement, the unit aims to foster a strong compliance culture while enabling business growth within a controlled and well-governed environment.
