Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Wealth Management Compliance professional in the UAE to oversee regulatory adherence across products and services. The role focuses on reviewing new offerings, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing advisory support to ensure robust compliance within a leading financial institution.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of sector experience, strong UAE regulatory knowledge, and excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills to drive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Wealth Management or Retail Banking within a regulated institution.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (UAE Central Bank, SCA) and investment compliance.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews of Wealth Management products, services and investments to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Review and assess new products, proposals, and business initiatives for compliance approvals and advisory support.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure proper implementation within Wealth Management.
• Prepare compliance reports, MI, and regulatory submissions; escalate findings to senior management.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and investigations with proper documentation and remediation.
