Job summary

OME Real Estate in Dubai is hiring an HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own the recruitment process while supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth candidate journey and compliant HR records.

The ideal candidate has HR and recruitment experience, UAE real estate exposure preferred, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies. Fluency in English is required; Turkish is a plus, and the role is based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Prior HR and recruitment experience required.
• Real estate or UAE recruitment experience preferred.
• Full recruitment lifecycle knowledge.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong UAE HR administration & documentation.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Fluent English; Turkish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and portals.
• Coordinate interviews with management.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and HR docs.
• Oversee onboarding and employee records.
• Handle attendance, leave, and HR matters.

• Coordinate visas, Emirates IDs, and other docs.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.
• Develop recruitment pipelines for vacancies.
• Support HR procedures and process improvements.

WE’RE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE / RECRUITER

OME Real Estate is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the recruitment process while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate meetings with management
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
• Manage onboarding and employee records
• Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related HR matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
• Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and other employee documentation
• Support employee relations and workplace policies
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management
• Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR procedures and processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment is required
• Real estate or UAE-based recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment process
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
• Good understanding of UAE HR administration and employment documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proactive, responsible, and confident in dealing with candidates and management
• Fluent English is required; Turkish is preferred
