Job summary

Voltronix Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Civil / Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE field experience and strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA & Trakhees requirements.

You will handle authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs while coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure project success and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE field experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA & Trakhees requirements.
• Hands-on experience with authority submissions, approvals & NOCs.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations and compliance.
• Experience in drawings, site coordination and project execution.
• Ability to independently coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.

• Support drawing and project execution activities on site.
