Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage on-site construction works in Dubai, ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approved drawings. You will prepare and review technical drawings, permits, and documentation for authorities, and monitor safety and quality.

You will cost estimate, prepare BOQs, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and support MRHE projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction/contracting industry.
• Valid Dubai Municipality approval/accreditation (mandatory).
• Proven experience working within a contracting company.
• Solid background in cost estimation and BOQ preparation.
• Experience with Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) projects preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and site management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
