Job summary

Capseal insulation contracting LLC is seeking experienced Waterproofing Technicians/Applicators for on-site projects in Dubai. You will carry out waterproofing works on residential, commercial, and construction sites, applying torch, PU, cementitious, and liquid systems as required.

Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on waterproofing experience and be physically fit to work on construction sites. Immediate joiners are preferred, with accommodations, transportation, and visa support provided

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on waterproofing experience.
• UAE waterproofing/construction experience preferred.
• Practical experience with torch-applied membrane, PU waterproofing, cementitious waterproofing, liquid-applied waterproofing.
• Must understand basic waterproofing application and surface preparation.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out waterproofing works on residential, commercial, and construction projects.
• Apply waterproofing systems correctly according to site requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, grinding, repair, and priming.
• Install and apply waterproofing membranes and liquid waterproofing systems.
• Work on roofs, terraces, bathrooms/wet areas, basements, foundations, pools, water tanks, and other waterproofing applications.
• Carry out crack treatment, joint sealing, leak repair, and damp-proofing works.
• Assist with water/flood testing and rectification.
• Maintain proper application quality, finishing, and site safety.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.

We are a UAE-based specialist waterproofing company expanding our operations and looking for experienced Waterproofing Technicians / Applicators to join our team.

This position is for candidates with real hands-on waterproofing experience. We are not looking for general labourer.

What You Will Do

• Carry out waterproofing works on residential, commercial, and construction projects.

• Apply waterproofing systems correctly according to site requirements and supervisor instructions.

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, grinding, repair, and priming.

• Install and apply waterproofing membranes and liquid waterproofing systems.
