Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily planning, operations, inventory management and safety compliance. You will lead warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock handling and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of warehousing experience with strong English communication. This position is on-site in Dubai and offers opportunities for professional growth within a global logistics group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in warehousing.
• Knowledge of safety and legal documentation for warehousing activities.
• Proficient with WMS, email, and Microsoft Office (e.g. VLOOKUP, ratios, charts).
• Professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• The team leader is responsible for all day-to-day planning, operations, communication and problem-solving within the team.
• Direct warehouse employees in storage, inventory management, and handling in/out of goods within productivity and quality standards.
• Support administration such as documentation, billing and reporting.
• Ensure that MHE and warehouse tools/equipment are maintained and used correctly with zero error expectations.
• Implement Continuous Improvement Process focus (CIP).
• Communicate and enforce Health and Safety standards daily.
• Maintain warehouse reporting and inform internal/external stakeholders.
• Recommend measures to improve quality of service and equipment performance.
• Plan and execute stock counts and internal audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

To ensure that the warehouse operation is running efficiently and effectively and that customer service levels being provided are constantly improving and ensure that all warehousing reporting and information requirements are being met on a daily basis. About The Job

• The team leader is responsible for all day-to-day planning, operations, communication and problem-solving within the team
• Direct warehouse employees in the proper storage, inventory management, and handling in and out of goods within specified productivity and quality
• Supporting any administration requirements for smooth operations such as: documentation, billing and reporting
• Ensuring that all material handling equipment (MHE) and other warehouse tools and equipment are being maintained and managed appropriately, work instructions are being followed by the team the warehouse operation is running efficiently and with zero error approach, while providing expected customer service levels
• Continuous Improvement Process focus (CIP)
• Health and Safety standards are being communicated and followed
• Warehouse reporting and information requirements are being met on a daily base and communicated properly to internal / external stakeholders
• Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and warehouse staff and equipment performance
• Plan and execute stock counts and internal audits on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure Inventory accuracy and
• Be the contact person for customer enquiries, complaints etc.
• In addition to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your supervisor / manager.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years in warehousing.
• Knowledge on the safety and legal documentation processes for handling warehousing activities.
• Competent knowledge of utilizing the warehouse management system, email system and proved proven Microsoft office skills (e.g. Vlookup, ratios, charts, presentation)
• Communicate professionally in English at a competent level (verbal and written)
