• General: Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks such as receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of parts in a computerized system.
• Ensure all warehouse KPIs are achieved as per the targets.
• Act as a team/floor leader and guide team members to perform their tasks correctly.
• Process orders and dispatch them on time according to the cut-off timings.
• Conduct daily meetings to discuss warehouse issues with the team.
• Identify bins that need replenishing and update the system accordingly.
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues observed.
• Lead the team in maintaining workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Conduct investigations and submit analysis reports for customer claims.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment.
