Role Purpose

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to managepharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring compliant receipt, storage,dispensing, inventory control and dispatch of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervisereceipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage and issuance of rawmaterials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products.
• Ensurestorage conditions, segregation, status labelling and material handlingcomply with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Managematerial dispensing, returns, reconciliation and related warehousedocumentation.
• Monitorinventory accuracy, stock ageing, near-expiry, rejected, obsolete andnon-moving materials.
• Coordinatematerial release and availability with Quality, Production and SupplyChain teams.
• Maintainwarehouse SOPs, logbooks, SAP transactions, inventory records and QMSdocumentation.
• Leaddeviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations andquality-risk-management activities.
