Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Dubai is looking for a Supply Chain Planner (Medicine Manufacturing). You will develop rolling production and supply plans and manage MRP for materials within a GMP-regulated setting.

Join a team coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Warehouse to ensure uninterrupted product availability and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply planning, production planning or demand planning.
• Pharmaceutical, FMCG, chemical or other regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience in MRP, SAP/ERP, inventory analysis and production scheduling.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling production and supply plans based on demand forecasts, confirmed orders, inventory levels and manufacturing capacity.
• Execute MRP planning for raw materials, packaging materials and semi-finished goods.
• Monitor material availability and proactively resolve supply constraints, shortages and capacity risks.
• Coordinate production schedules with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Warehouse teams.
• Optimize inventory levels while controlling ageing, slow-moving, near-expiry and excess stock.
• Manage sales orders, backorders and order fulfilment through SAP/ERP.
• Monitor OTIF delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory value, months of coverage and supply-chain KPIs.
• Prepare monthly planning, inventory and supply-risk reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, import/export and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Role Purpose
