Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to ensure outbound shipments are prepared, documented, and dispatched efficiently from our Abu Dhabi facility.

You will oversee picking, packing, staging, and loading, while coordinating with logistics for timely dispatch and compliance with shipping requirements. Strong forklift operation and SAP WM experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary Education is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
• Experience with SAP WM module in ERP systems.
• UAE licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, and a light vehicle driver license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities (Driving forklift).
• Coordinate with Logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export.
• Manage Custom Clearance of all outgoing bonded materials and ensure data is updated in PWC.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Supervise, train, and third-party personnel to meet daily output targets and SLAs.
• Identify and resolve inventory bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Play a vital role in ensuring goods leave our warehouse safely, accurately, and on time. You will coordinate outbound shipments, customs clearance, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

• Coordinates Outbound process, directing from picking, packing and shipping of orders.
• Ensure Outbound shipments are accurate, on schedule and compliant to destinations requirements.

Accountabilities

• Coordinate with Logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments.

• Identify and clear inventory errors through pick audits and checking before material dispatch.
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, such as order cancellation or delayed orders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a large Warehouse operation.
• Working experience in ERP System SAP WM Module specific.
• UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, Light vehicle driver license, preferred.
