Job summary

Infinix Innovations is seeking an experienced and organised Warehouse In-charge to oversee daily operations at its Dubai Investment Park location. You will lead a team, manage receiving, storage, packing and dispatch, and ensure accurate inventory and reporting.

We require UAE warehouse experience, strong leadership and a detail-oriented approach to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience in the UAE.
• Experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience with ERP/WMS software is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock counts, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and courier partners.
• Ensure proper stock organisation, safety procedures, and warehouse standards are maintained.
• Monitor warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
