Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a warehouse team.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with focus on operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse team to ensure daily operations.
• Coordinate workloads and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Provide performance feedback and drive improvements.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing goods meet quality standards.
• Supervise loading/offloading to prevent damage.
• Process delivery invoices and proofs of delivery daily.
• Verify returned goods against documents to minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure goods received match orders and documents.
• Support weekly cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and timeliness of warehouse activities.
